twenty years, Hospice &
Palliative Care Partners of Ohio, an agency of the Visiting Nurse
Association, has been dedicated to making every day count for our
patients and their families.
Hospice & Palliative Care Partners of Ohio (HPCPO) offers nursing and
physician services, counseling, social services, spiritual support, crisis
intervention, and expressive therapy for those facing a terminal illness. The
HPCPO team of professionals - nurses, physicians, volunteers, social workers,
and bereavement specialists - work together with patients, families, and
physicians to assure appropriate support and comfort.
